Custom Work/Returns:
Due to the custom one-off nature of the work, all sales are final. No returns are accepted.
Cancellation:
Most work requires a 50% deposit to get started. These funds are used to procure materials and supplies and secure a time slot. Once work is started that money has been spent and as such the deposit is non-refundable. If you have an issue before work begins, please reach out and we will try to work something out with you.
Payment Schedule:
Any remaining balance or final payments are due before shipment.
Lead Times:
Standard lead times are listed on product pages or will be provided in writing for custom work. All lead times are estimates and may shift due to material sourcing, production complexity, shipping schedules, or circumstances outside our control.
If a completed order cannot be delivered or accepted within 15 days of completion, storage fees of 10% of the project total may be charged for every 30 days after work is completed and ready for delivery/shipping.
Wood:
Wood is a natural material and will continue to respond to humidity, temperature, and light over time. Variation in grain, texture, movement, and color is inherent and should be expected.
Finishes:
Natural oil finishes may carry a temporary scent during curing and can evolve subtly over time with use and environmental exposure. Finish samples can be provided on request.
Shipping, Delivery and Freight:
Most frames are shipped with UPS and arrive in two or three boxes. The boxes are relatively large and can be up to 70 pounds or more but usually are between 30 and 50 pounds.
Larger frames and other items will sometimes require freight shipping. Furniture will securely palletize and or crated and lift gate service and delivery appointment services are standard.
Please inspect your packages immediately, including opening boxes to inspect their contents, before signing for the delivery. Do not assume the item is undamaged because the packaging. does not show signs of damage. Do not sign for or accept delivery of any packages that are visibly damaged without first inspecting their contents. Note any damages to the packaging no matter how small on the bill of lading. If unable to inspect the packages before accepting delivery or if concealed damage is discovered upon unboxing notify the sender and the carrier immediately. Save the original. packaging materials and take some pictures of the damage.
Any visible shipping damage must be documented with the carrier at time of receipt.
Minor scent transfer from packaging materials or standard freight handling environments does not constitute product contamination or defect.
